I have created (with the help of ChatGPT), a python script, commands and VBA, to make automating images for a sequence in FLAC3D and importing images into PowerPoint. Follow the process below using the files here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1BTxljMBK0-plwoPpY8VQ-N0LjhgxO5C5?usp=sharing
- Create the image that you want, export the dat file
- Compare the plot you have set up and one of the files in the Files to Edit
- Use “File Editing.py” to edit the lines that you need to, to customise all the plots in the zipped folder
- Run the plots in FLAC3D (I use the ‘output images’ in “Plotting StopeX Sequence.xlsx” to create this)
- Follow the process “images - 2 on one slide - Instructions.txt” to get these into PowerPoint very easily!
