Using Rhino to create a mesh of a terrain surface

Go to Package Manager, install ‘Terrain Mesh’
Select the curves from the survey that you want to mesh, type terrain mesh, use a fine tolerance (1 m?)
Reduce the mesh using the _ReduceMesh function (perhaps 95%), this might take a while

You will then have a mesh that follows breaklines!
