Sometimes FLAC will give you the error "Illegal Geometry”.
To fix this, move your shape file to origin in your CAD program of choice. In Rhino this is relatively straightforward.
Remember to record the movement as you may need to move the model shapes back later to fit into the rest of the mine development.
If you are still having this error, increasing the Zone Size Multiplier During Initial Iteration,Initial Zone Size and Minimum Permissible Zone Size settings, may also work.
